Cafe Kinship respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on Cafe Kinship infringes your copyright, send a written notice to info@cafekinship.com that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The specific URL or location of the material you claim is infringing
- Your contact information — address, phone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Notices that don't include all of this information may not receive a response.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to info@cafekinship.com with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
Accounts found to be repeat copyright infringers will have their content removed and their account terminated.
